Many of our clients' needs include the resolution of title issues affecting the secured property. Each of our attorneys and legal assistants is well versed in handling these complicated legal issues. Foreclosure-related issues are handled by other creditors' rights departments in the firm, including the bankruptcy department, which routinely obtains relief from the automatic stay imposed in bankruptcy cases so that our clients can proceed with foreclosure, and the commercial litigation department, which pursues deficiency judgments for those foreclosure clients seeking additional remedies for the collection of their debts.
