Commercial Litigation
The Commercial Litigation Department is comprised of two knowledgeable and experienced commercial litigators – Burton E. Stacy, Jr. and Rickard W. Hood. The Commercial Department has a close nexus to the other creditors’ rights departments, offering those clients as well as other clients both offensive and defensive litigation representation in many varied areas of commercial disputes and litigation including tax suits, complex mechanic's lien litigation, shareholder disputes, and other commercially related litigation.
