Creditor Bankruptcy
Hood & Stacy’s Creditor Bankruptcy Department is exclusively dedicated to creditors' bankruptcy-related services throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma, including but not limited to, cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13. Bankruptcy services include:
- Relief from stay motions
- Confirmation objections
- Dischargeability complaints
- Case dismissal/conversion motions
- Defense of all debtor or trustee initiated actions against creditors
- Creditor representation in any disputed matter arising during the bankruptcy filing.
We are able to access bankruptcy information through the Pacer Bankruptcy filing database covering all districts of Arkansas and Oklahoma. We do not represent debtors.
