Mr. Hood graduated with honors at the University of Arkansas in 1978 with an accounting degree and he obtained his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Arkansas in 1981. Mr. Stacy graduated from Missouri State University in 1990 with a finance degree and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a Master’s in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1994. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma and the Federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Stacy is a member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Debt Buyers Association, the National List of Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute and American Lawyers Quarterly.

Curtis D. Clements

Mr. Clements graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Nazarene University with a multi-disciplinary degree in business, political science and psychology in 1989. He obtained his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Arkansas in 1992. Mr. Clements was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and mock trial competition team.
